Order packing and processing times

Once your order has been received and the payment is complete, your order is then packed and shipped the next business day.  You will receive an email confirmation of shipping.

Delivery Guide

• Orders placed before 7am are shipped the same business day (provided payment has been received and goods are in stock).
• Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
• Tracking information is available with dispatched.
• We ship with NZPost within New Zealand for most main service and rural deliveries.
• No PO Box deliveries available.
• Killa Drones only ships within New Zealand, unless arragned directly with our staff

General Warranty

Killa Drones warranties cover actual manufacturing faults and DOA* items only – We do not cover products that have been incorrectly wired, dropped or crashed. If your product has a fault, please contact us initially via the email address killadronesnz@gmail.com and we will sort a replacement upon receiving the faulty product. please check all flight controllers and PDB’s via usb/aligator clips prior to soldering.  Soldering, flashing of aftermarket firmware will also void your warranty. Check and double check polarities and voltages prior to power up.

Lithium batteries (Lipo) are sensitive to over charging and discharging. This will have an immediate effect on the performance and life of the battery. We recommend only charging with quality Lipo chargers to 4.2v per cell.  When flying always use a voltage alarm or monitor the voltage in your OSD.  Check all lipo voltages out of the box and if there is an issue please contact us on killadronesnz@gmail.com before you fly with it. Once flown warranty is void 

*DOA claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods – via email from consumer to killadrones@gmail.com
